Gaestly is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we do (and don’t) collect.

1. No Personal Data Collection

We do not:

Require registration or login, although hosts must provide an e-mail address to obtain a host code.
Collect names or other personally identifiable information besides the e-mail address.
Track users across services or use analytics

Hosts sharing e-mails with Gaestly do so to obtain a host code, the e-mail adress is stored safely with no other personal data.

2. User-Generated Content

Users may submit text or recommendations. Please note:

Do not include personal or sensitive information in your posts
Guestbooks are accessible via shared QR codes or links, so privacy cannot be guaranteed
We reserve the right to analyze User Content to improve the product. This may include passing content to artificial intelligence systems or other analysis tools to evaluate sentiment, identify geographic references, extract types of recommendations, and similar purposes.

3. Data Retention

Content remains accessible as long as the associated host subscription is active. If a subscription is canceled, access is suspended. Content may be deleted at our discretion or upon request by the host.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not integrate third-party trackers, ad networks, or analytics services.

5. Your Rights

Because we do not collect personal data, standard rights related to personal data access, correction, or deletion under laws like GDPR are generally not applicable.
