Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

Our Commitment

Gaestly is committed to creating a safe environment for all users and has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are dedicated to preventing, detecting, and responding to any content or behavior that could harm children.

1. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

  • Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form
  • Content that facilitates or promotes child exploitation
  • Grooming behavior or attempts to establish inappropriate contact with minors
  • Any content that depicts, encourages, or promotes the sexual abuse of children
  • Sharing, distributing, or possessing illegal content involving minors

2. Age Verification and Restrictions

While Gaestly does not require user registration for guests, we:

  • Require hosts to be 18 years or older to create guestbooks
  • Encourage adult supervision when minors use the platform
  • Reserve the right to request age verification when necessary

3. Content Monitoring and Detection

We employ multiple measures to detect and prevent CSAE:

  • Automated systems to scan for prohibited content
  • User reporting mechanisms for concerning content
  • Regular review of user-generated content
  • Collaboration with industry partners and law enforcement
  • Use of hash databases and other detection technologies

4. Reporting Mechanisms

If you encounter content or behavior that may violate this policy:

  • Report it immediately to us at safety@gaestlyapp.com
  • Include as much detail as possible about the concerning content or behavior
  • Do not share or redistribute the content

We also encourage reporting to relevant authorities such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local law enforcement.

5. Response and Enforcement

Upon receiving reports or detecting violations, we will:

  • Immediately remove the violating content
  • Suspend or permanently ban the associated accounts
  • Report incidents to law enforcement and relevant authorities as required by law
  • Cooperate fully with any investigations
  • Preserve evidence as legally required

We comply with all applicable laws regarding child safety, including:

  • Reporting requirements under national and international law
  • Cooperation with law enforcement agencies
  • Implementation of industry best practices for child safety
